About Us
River Park Psychological Services provides vital services to victims of motor vehicle accidents, whose struggles with anxiety and adjustment often go unnoticed. Services are comprehensive and provided by licensed mental health professionals in one of our clinics throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Clinicians and program staff offer the following services:

Trauma-informed assessment and evaluation, resulting in comprehensive reports.

Collaboration with medical offices to allow for the provision of on-site psychological services in a familiar setting.

Meet the Team

Psychologist/Owner
Konstantinos Tsoubris PhD
Dr. Konstantinos (Gus) Tsoubris, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of
experience serving clients in NYC and throughout the Hudson Valley. He has
extensive experience with diagnosis, treatment planning and has a collaborative
approach to service provision, including all relevant providers. Dr. Tsoubris currently
specializes in diagnosing mental health disorders in various adult and child populations,
focusing on cognitive, emotional, and social development. He is a skilled mentor and
teacher to mental health providers with varying levels and types of graduate education.
Dr. Tsoubris holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Hofstra University and is
licensed in New York State.

Program Administrator and Clinician
Jessica Paulin, LMSW
Jessica Paulin is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a graduate of Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service. Since February of 2023, she has served in two distinct roles at River Park Psychological Services: Program Administrator and Clinician. As Program Administrator, she manages the day-to-day operations of the program, supports staff, and ensures smooth and effective service delivery. Separately, in her clinical capacity, she works with individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, providing assessments and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive care.
